I bought a T-Mobile phone on 9-23-02, the samsung R225. I was promised a 89.00 rebate from the voice Stream company if I sent all my information in by 10-31-02. I sent all my info in and everything they asked for; original reciept, original upc codes copy of my original contract.. Now it has been over 2 months and I recieved a letter stating that my rebate has been denied because I didnt activate my phone within the limited time, which they are stating ended on 8-31-02. On the papers the T-Mobile office gave me and I sent in to them it states on there that it didnt end until 10-31-02. CAN THEY NOT READ? Now I have to wait another 30 days for them to see if I am right, and then probably another 30 days to get a check.

Although I am not happy with the rebate thing, T-Mobile Themselves have been great! My phone works excellent, my service is good and the customer service I recieve when I have to call in, is very quick and efficient. I just dont like the decieving crap you get with the rebates. So I will keep you updated and see if I ever get my rebate....
