I filed a claim on Slymarks new customer service/problem solving site. I had a woman from Sylmark call me two times about it asking each time if I received it. ...She said the second time she is now reshipping UPS so it can be tracked and hopefully solve the problem. Hope all file a claim at the site below and try it also. You file the claim under the proper heading of problem. Can't hurt...Try it!
I'll post again in 7 to 10 days (UPS delivery time ) and let all know what happens!
