I went to the mall with my young son and was approached with free samples of eye cream. I simply stated I was not interested as my son was with me. I was told it would only take a sec and given a demo of eye cream . There were two fast talking sales reps who would not take no for an answer. When I told them it was too expensive they offered buy one get one free and said it was a special deal. I was charged 300 at this kiosk and told Absolutely nothing about No Returns!!! Next I was lured to the actual store for a 5 min demo and turned over to another sales rep. He told me they were opening a brand new store and giving free facials. As my son was with me I declined... I did not have time. Once in the room, they keep telling you only a couple mins and began to show you outrageous priced miracle creams that will make you ageless. As they lather your face full of products, he begins to ask questions like What do you do for a living to determine what price to sell. Nothing has a set price... If they think you can afford it.. The price is more. They will offer you 2 years of skin care and free facials at their store! You cannot buy just one year and they say they will throw in freebies as well. All a scam!!!! The products are totally overpriced, there Are no refunds!! It is never disclosed at point of sale! Once you sign the receipt everything changes. I was given a receipt for the first purchase and the second the machine jammed and they had to fix it. Unaware at the time of the fraud, I didn't think anything when he said he put it in the bag! Not true! I was charged 1815 for this purchase!!! And the 300 dollar charge ...was charged for 4 items on receipt...remember I can bought two eye creams. I was charged over 300 for Vitamin C which I never even looked at!!!On the receipt the eye creams were free and another free item which I have never seen... Does this sound legit? Let me go on... The sales rep gives you his personal email and phone number -pretty fishy right!! When u call. He only works there and there are no refunds for any reason! Never said that during facial! Was told if I had a reaction he would personally make it right. I was charged more than 2000 in one hour on what I thought was high end skin care and facials. I went back to store after purchase to get manual... It was then I figured it all out. The other sales lady had sold my mother another product Lei Vivo a couple years ago at the same mall. She was ripped off too. I was sure it was the same sales rep!!! I called and asked for a refund and told to email manager. I did he refers back to no refund policy. I tell him I have researched products and feel overpriced. He then offers exchange within 14 days and an additional 500 credit to store . I said no thanks as I have notified cc of dispute. I then proceeded to call customer service from the Vine Vera manufacture co . At first a nice lady answered and informed me they were just s wholesale co and no affiliation. I began to ask prices and she just said you got a good price..over and over. I became angry and asked if she really worked for manufacture co... She said she could help me and would put me in touch with manager. She told me to answer a few questions and asked about receipt. I told her the story of how the machine would not print...She said without receipt she eould not help. I asked her to please issue the credit and she told me not to get mad or she would not talk to me.. Then hung up!!! I wasn't inappropriate with her!
