My family and I, were in the process of moving to Ocala, so the first five nights we had to rent a hotel because a delay in our closing, new to the area we found this hotel right of the exit and decided to stay there, it was the worst experience I ever had. The rooms were dirty, they smell like they never been clean, not to mention that during the night it’s impossible to sleep with all the trucks coming in and out of the premises, prostitutes knocking on the door at all hours of the night. My car alarm kept going off from all the traffic; we had no choice to stay there the first night.
The following day my wife and daughter had tinny bites on their arms and back, as if they’ve been biting by bed bugs, not to mention the roach infestation in the bathroom. We decided to check out the following morning, and when I went to speak to the girl at the front desk about checking out and a refund for the other four days, she was extremely rude and sarcastic. Overall this entire place is a health hazard and the biggest dump I’ve ever seen in my life. So we decided to check in at the roof in down the street from there, we were treated with respect and the rooms were very clean, and we also got a better rate.
The health department should go in there, I guarantee you that they will have to shut the place down, from all the health problems. Not to mention dogs barking all night in the room next door. I asked to speak the manager and I was told the manager was not in, that they will give the manager the massage to call me, till this day no one has called me.
