My sister had her house refinanced through Sun Trust Mortgage to lower the payments in September 2013. When everything was done, she was paying the same amount monthly as she was paying because Sun Trust Mortgage put her escrow balance on the principle, therefore her escrow account had no balance to pay the taxes. Furthermore the finance officer, Bryan Sutton, assured her that her escrow balance would be intact and transferred to her new account. She received a notice in the mail stating her taxes were delinquent in January 2014. In order to get them paid, she had to add the balance for taxes for two years to her current escrow account balance making her payments the same as before, thereby costing her refinancing for nothing! In September 2013, the taxes should have been paid because they are due August. They do not pay taxes on time!

I work for a company that deals with these types  Sun Trust Mortgage have been one of the names that has been coming up a whole lot lately. It seems they are involved with a ton of fraudulent loans.

We will be able to advise,consult and educate you. You may be able to receive the compensation you deserve due to the negligence of the lenders involved. It is your obligation to yourself to use your last means of defense to get to the truth of this matter.  Once you provide evidence that they have been collecting on your property illegally you can take it to court and petition to void the deed of trust.
