Thank you for providing a copy of the report mentioning me. The author of the report is Adam Forman, who I recently learnd is a convicted felon. Forman, with Vic Spagnuolo, operates a phony legal referral service Florida Legal Referral Service and a bogus title company named Renaissance Title Services, which is a fictitious name. Forman used to work with the people he defames in the report. Howard Feinmel is an attorney with a clean disciplinary record. Joe Hilton used to be Forman's business partner, I met him in March. "Ed Cherry" grew up in the same neighborhood as Forman and tried to rehabilitate Forman when he was released on parole.
Forman is upset because I was associated with his companies for less than a month when I realized they were not honest and, with the assistance of the people mentioned in the report, shut down his operation.
The statements made in the report are false:
I did not sue Joe Hill or Joseph Hilton.
I was not involved in the Fidelity Land Trust litigation. I was not even aware of it until Forman told me about it.
I have not made millions of dollars handling foreclosures. Some of my work has been pro bono or for reduced flat fees. Much of my foreclosure and fair housing work has been for legal aid societies.
If a real client had a complaint about me, I would expect the client to use a real name, not "Lauderdale by the Sea."

URGENT UPDATE ABOUT THE CURRENT LAW FIRM YOU RETAINED
This is not a joke, and should be taken very seriously the liability for ignoring the content in this letter is LOSING YOUR HOME!!!!!!!
The attorney for Delta Law Group,Mizner Grande,Center for Justice any several out of business firms for scamming the public is Howard Feinel a Boca Raton Fl laywer about to lose his licse for several reasons there will be links at the bottom of this letter to cross referrrence all statements.
Howard Fienmel is nothing more than a human puppet with a disbarred lawyer pulling his strings for profit at the expense of you with tremendous finacial gains at the cost of you and thousands of others losing there home and literally paying for it without ragous fees to the useless law firm.
The current Law Firm Mizner Grande is beginning to get heat from several regulated agencys both state and federal it will not be long before they are shut down or the bank or plaintiffs in your case use the sour reputation and non licsenced attorneys writing the pleadings and doing the work that Howard is not capable of doing .
They are even using a “not for profit” entitiy to contatct clients to introduce them to the firm and new attorney who knows exactly what is going on and has sacrificed his career for the financial greed that has possessed him to walk away from any morals he ever had .

The registered owner of the Law firm Mizner and the other aliasis firms,not for profits and front companys is nothing more than a 24 year old kid with the only intention of billing you for services that are either not being done or you are being over charged for.
The man behind the firm who after putting his name in Google you will see why you need to imeadiately transfer to another attorney before the state or even the Attorney General herself orders another asset freeze. Hundreds of clients lost homes because of the last freeze of assets with do not contact client orders which left hundreds with no representation
