State Of Virginia Aledging I did not pay any state tax 1999 Richmond Virginia
I have been contacted by the commonweath of virgina about state taxes which I did not file in 1999. First point is that they estimated what I owend based on my federal return which was filed when I worked in Virgina with Nextel Communications. Since they can see I paid Federal they should know that I paid State because it is atomatically taken out of you pay check you do not have a choice or at least I was never given that option before. So rather then assume I did have taxes taken out which is the truth they conviently assume I didnt and therefor own the entire year in taxes. What happen was I was owed like 50 dollars from VA and it was like 20 to file and this would have them owing me 30 but because I WAS A GOOD GUY AND JUST LET THEM KEEP THE 30 MY REWARD IS ALMOST 10 YEARS LATER THEY ALLEDGE I DIDNT PAY ANYTHING AND THE MAN i SPOKE WITH ADDMITTED THEY WERE DOING THIS. Why did the wait 9 years to pursue this? they will lie and say they couldnt find me and then magically now they can when nobody has any record of this information. Rather then be ethical in attempts to get money for the state this is another scam I only wish politicians would punish themselves as severly as others who commit similar crimes. They are criminals. Why not just ask for donations if you are in financial trouble? No lets rob the honest hard working Americans. I am also a Veteran of the Persian Gulf.... Way to go politicians, Virgina and the goverment in general.
