Complaint Review: STATE BAR OF CALIFORNIA - San Francisco CA

I am a 76- year old attorney named William Christopher H that screwed the pooch, by committing a crime in a civil case. Fortunately as you may already know, the State Bar lets attorneys do what they want without any repercussions. We are invincible and prey on the innocent and the unsuspecting. WE DONT HAVE TO HAVE AN OUNCE OF CONCSIENCE OR ETHICS! I so desperately wanted my brother's money that I was able to hijack it by bullying, using a choke hold and threatening to fu** his daughter over (ASSAULT ETORTION AND ELDER ABUSE), a Registered Nurse who came out to take care of him during his open heart surgery. I mean after all, why should I be bothered with taking care of him when she did it for nothing? I told my brother not to talk to her ever again where she was going to put him in a nursing home. (ELDER ABUSE, GASLIGHTING) After all, I was the one that suggested him go to a residential home without any licensed nursing staff. He died 6 weeks later with his daughter finding him. It was easy to bully a fragile woman who lost her husband and had to work 2 jobs to support my father's 4 grandchildren. I schemed the whole idea so that I could get 5 million dollars from my brother and leave the heirs with absolutely nothing but pain and anguish. Didn't even give them a token picture. Those cute great grandchildren, I am jealous of will never get anything. I deserved all that money because I am a strong attorney and not a weak nurse. I didn't even finish his gravestone until a couple of months ago, as I had too much of life to enjoy and I hid the rest of the money in my ex-wife Jennifer's account and my three Jewish American princess daughters.

My daughter Rebecca is an attorney, and she wanted a home and a new car. I told her not to care about others' and to go buy that luxury car... My brother is Timothy Augustin H and he died in a residential home on October 30, 2014. I made her sit in the back row at the funeral and told my own daughters Elizabeth, Rebecca, and Deborah that they would get everything. IT WAS MY OWN DAUGHTERS that sat in the front row. It never occurred to the court that there was never an unsigned amendment. I even lied to crusty Judge Cowen on Marcy 17, 2016 and told him I was getting nothing (PERGERY).

In reality, I cashed the 5 million in within 60 days and paid off the financial adviser who sold my brother an annuity at the age of 80. (SENIOR FINANCIAL ABUSE). I had all the money in my hands and bought a 3500 square foot home before the daughter got a copy of the Trust (a little over 3 months). We filed demurrer after demurrer over and over again. We used the argument that her father meant to disinherit her and give the money to me and his nieces. I sat in the court room to make sure the fraudulent documents were never examined. For the truth is trillions of dollars of inheritance money will be stolen by family members and the court system is in such need of restructure (like disclosures, and like staying on task for the reason of the case).
