Staples Rebate Denial Hollister California
I purchased a Brothers 575 plain paper fax, shortly after sending it in, I got an email stating that my rebate was on its way. Shortly after that I got a postcard stating that they could not honor my request/rebate for a long list of reasons, but I have filled out lots of rebates to various companies and have no problem. Trying to call the company and talking to a real person, doesn't seem possible. My wife and I both worked on this rebate, this seems to be a way for companies to gain some extra cash. If they had a better way to complain about an injustice, I wouldn't be doing this. I have sent an email stating my case, I am sure I will get the usual rhetorical response, which will further fuel the fire. I am going to check with the Attorney Generals office to see if they have any interest in this situation. They may win the battle, but I will win the war. The few dollars they screw me out of will lose them a good customer.
