Father Joe Carroll of St Vincent De Paul and Father Joe Villages has been taken advantage of by criminals he has hired within his organization. Many residents are being wrongfully evicted if they do not cancel their contracts with law firms like Jorgensen and use the Village Hope program to process their social security claims. (((redacted)))have taken over Village Place apartments at 32 17th Street San Diego Ca 92101. Drug dealing is allowed and encouraged at Village Place. Residents Lorraine Prenters of unit 320 and Regina White of unit 212 frequently try to recruit people to sell crack. They hounded resident Samuel Hollman in unit 322. Samuel Hollman was found dead in the desert after a residents email was hacked by St Vincent De Paul attorney Rebecca J Fortune when the email showed complaints to Chief of Police and how Lorraine Prenters was assaulting residents and being arrested on June 28, 2013 by undercover officers for dealing drugs on the property and not being evicted by property manager Erica Jardine or director of housing Gervon Flannagan. Father Joe needs to take his organization back. This is what happens when (((redacted))) with criminal records and drug backgrounds get too much power. St Vincent De Paul attorney Rebecca J Fortune sent a fake subpoena to Google and Cox communications to break into a resident's email account to reveal complaints to law enforcement. It is obvious Gervon Flannagan and lawyer Rebecca J Fortune are protecting drug dealers like White and Prenters. Are they in on it?
