I will keep this short.

I had been a loyal customer of Sprint Wireless for over 15 years. Spending large sums of money and alwats the most expensive plans.

For the most part had no significant complaints other than the usual. Pretty decent coverage nationwide. ( I travel).

However, about a year ago, Sprint started upgrading from 4G to 4G LTE, when they started this in my area, I went to good coverage to NO COVERAGE overnight. They wanted to make a big splash and advertise the 4G LTE (to catch up with Verizon) and had not put in enough towers. I couldn't get cell coverage at home, all over town and in many areas across the country. When you could get a decent 4G LTE signal, the service was good, but that was very rare.

I notified them of the problem repeatedly over the course of the next year and they finally admitted that they had been completed with 4G LTE tower impelmentation for some time. I hung in there way to long out of necessity, one sympathetic Sprint Rep said she understood and that they would make some accomodations for me. Another said I could spend $300 for an amplifier for home use just to get a signal there, of course that wouldn't solve the problem anyway.

I agreed to have my Smart phone diagnosed repeatedly, but it was not the problem.

After missing numerous very important business calls and messages that cost me untold thousands of dollars, I finally had enough.

I called to say that I could no longer tolerate paying $200 per month for NO SERVICE. Although I only had 9 months left on a two year contract that I had no service for the majority of the term, I was told there would be an additional $ 260 penalty charge for early cancellation.

I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they were on another call, but could call me back right away.

Guess what? NO CALL BACK.

Thanks Sprint for the reciprocity of my loyalty. Breach of contract, Terrible Service and just plain criminal behavior.

Although I don't have time or wish to waste the money, I will be contacting my attorney for breach of contratc due to the unapproved change of service to 4G LTE.
