Sprint PCS entered me into fradulent contract without my knowledge for poor service. London Missouri
I've had Sprint PCS for 8 months now. In the last 3 months, the service has been poor. I have dropped 90% of the calls I made and received, in addition to missing many more phone calls due to the phone never ringing.
I have contacted *2 at least 50 times in the past three weeks to request assistance with this problem. I was told a multitude of reasons why their lousy company can't get service to Little Elm, TX. Finally, Customer Care informed me I would need new phones and they would credit my account $100 for each phone I purchased, since I was on a 2 phone plan.
I purchased 2 new Sanyos on August 17th, 2003. The store only took $75 off the phones, so I suppose the Sprint Store in PLANO, TX made $50 off of that deal. Sunday morning a Sprint Floor Supervisor informed me that I would be able to cancel the account without paying the $150 fee if the new phones did not work.
That night I noticed they did not work. I called them Monday morning to cancel only to find out that they had me down for another two-year contract! I NEVER signed anything or was even TOLD that the discounts obligated me to another 2 year contract, but that is what I was told. And, you guessed it, another $150 to cancel.
