Sprint PCS Sprint Wireless Sprint Billing Errors: US calls billed as international calls Internet
I have a nagging recurring problem with erroneous billing by Sprint PCS: Certain US numbers are billed as international calls. This happens periodically and adds a huge amount to my monthly bill. The most recent were calls to the Hampton Inn in Goodyear, AZ at (((Redacted))). The calls show up on my statement as (((Redacted))) and are billed as a call to Indonesia at a rate of $3.48. It takes several calls to Customer Service to get this resolved everytime. Customer Service always blames me for misdialing, or the state that it was a cell number and the owner was overseas. This has never been the case. All the lines where this has happened are personal or business wireline phones. And yes, I made the calls and the calls were completed to the right party. Other calls were billed as calls to Chile, Cambodia or Argentina.
Why is Sprint not able to fix this once and for all. I just wonder how many millions in unearned revenue they make because people don't check their bills
