Booked a reservation through Spirts website for airfare and car and when we arrived at the airport they wanted to charge me more than I already paid for the reservation and I'm not talking about the deposit that is held . I called to tell them and they told me they can't refund my car rental that I never picked up. I winded up picking up a car for less than the package deal that SPIRITS WEBSITE charged me. So I call back to change my flight and they didn't even help me they screwed me again. I'm telling you if you want to have a solid vacation DO NOT FLY SPIRIT OT USE THERE WEBSITE TO BOOK ANY KIND IF VACA .
