I purchased a Soyo Raptor adjustable power supply from Tigerdirect.com with a promise of a $30 rebate.

Purchased and filled out all the forms around 1/5/04 and mailed them around that date. the offer was good through 3/31/04 well as of today (4/5/04) they still report no record of my information being received on verifyrebate.com this is Soyo's rebate center and excuse as well.

They will keep sending you back and forth between themselves until you are tired of the runaround and give up. Tigerdirect is even worse they just say it is not their problem they are all in bed together and handle this stuff in this way to discourage us from trying to get our money. About all I can do at this point is let everyone else know it is all a scam and would discourage anyone from using Tigerdirect and buying Soyo products. They are doing this all intentionally and will not honor your rebate claims.

Well I received my $30 rebate after almost 8 months and many emails to and from Soyo Rebate Services. The product I bought is great and no problems I just don't understand why they offer rebates when they have such issues honoring them. I did finally get the rebate though and am pleased about that. Just to highlight Sent Rebate on or about january 3rd 2004. Got confirmation that they have it in and are processing it on May 5th 2004 and received the rebate in the mail on July 27th. Too long...
