Sovereign Accounting and Negotiable Instruments FRAUD
Company is a FRAUD! Earlier this year we needed to sell our car. A man, whose name is Harold Harmon, whom is the brother of a friend and employer of ours said he wanted to buy the car.
He used what is called a Negotiable Instrument which is similiar to a cashier check, but in this case it was a bogus one. It has an illegal stamp from the Circuit Court in Arkansas. It looks real, but it is very phony. The address is also bogus.
Sovereign Accounting is a bogus company. Harold is a liar and fraud. The FBI is supposedly after him, the finance company is after us. The car is missing.
We can't get our insurance to cover it, because we signed the release on it and it is not considered stolen. If someone from this so called company contacts you...contact FBI or police immediately.
