Southall Travel (UK) Credit card scammers, dont book with these thrieves London (Southall) United Kingdon
Southall Travel who also use an online flight booking we site called Cheaptickets.co.uk will let you go throughb the purchase of an airline ticket on their web site and then tell you that your card is not registered for online purchases. Registered with who? They then refuse to refund your money although they have taken the money from your credit card. They also refuse to issue the ticket you thought you had purchased becuase of this registering the card nonsense. I still, have no idea who the card is supoosed to registered with?
I was told by a staff member named Mary that my money would be returned to my card at once. That was over a week ago and i still dont have my money. This has tied the money up and stopped me buying a ticket from another company and of course the flight costs have now gone up. These people have lied to me everyday. I would never do business with these crooks.
