In our local newspaper a ad came out for office help giving a local number and a toll free number. This ad came out on a Friday and of course there was no one at these numbers until Monday although when I called the local number all I got was fax tones. So on Monday I called the toll free number and ask about the secretarial job and they told me that job was filled. I talked with a man named Rick Hampton @oo1. He said if I was interested in working at home and making really good money I could purchase there software to do home medical billing the software would cost me 299.00 money back guarantee that if you did not like it you could send it back and get a total refund. They sent me the software and charged my account 314.00 not 299.00. When I called to ask about the difference they said that it was for shipping and handling but it came regular mail and cost,$.99 cent for them to mail..I opened the package there were no instructions to install the software of any kind. The only thing in the package was some information on what to do about your taxes. I called the company and they told me how to install the disc. and it still does not work and they say I must talk to a man by the name of Bob Price but he has yet to call me back and he has always just stepped out or han't come in yet..I have talked with a Scott Davis and a Joh Forrest and they have all said the same thing that this a full money back refund. Please help me to get my money back they tell me I have to get the approval of Bob Price first but you can never talk with him my husband has even tried to no avail, olease help, also they told us that they were at a local adress with this toll free number 1-888-550-9664 or 310-268-0757 the local number they gave for my area was 765-795-3364 ext 51. This number belongs to a car dealer in the area and is there fax number..I don't believe there was ever a office job to begin with.. I really need my 314.00 back
