My faith has been restored. Soboba Casino has mailed, and I have recieved the FREE concert passes they had promised us. It is so refreshing that a company can and will stand by their word. Thank you again to all the employees and managers who worked hard and put forth the effort to resolve the conflict to the satsifaction of all the disapointed concert goers on the night of September 12, 2008. There were many complaints and articles in the local newspaper concerning this issue. Soboba Casino stepped up to the plate and took responsability and are to be appaulded . My faith has been restored, and that is worth more than any concert. Many thanks to Soboba Casino and thier staff.

You apparently do not go to a lot of concerts. There is not a single concert that I have been to that allows any outside food/drink in. They especially do not allow in cameras or any recording devices. Your parking situation sounded about normal. You try and get a few thousand cars in and out of a parking lot at the same time and see how good you can do. As for the tickets the simple fact is you misread them. GA = General Admission which means NO assigned seating. The 3 you saw after GA was not the row number it refers to the Price Level. Sorry that you misunderstood this. The Casino or Ticketmaster is under no obligation to credit you for your mistake. The Casino may have done something BEFORE the concert, but you stayed and watched it anyways. By the Way...I checked the next concert at the Casino for Santana and the General Admission tickets states it is Price Level 3(so this confirms the GA3 on your ticket). Also, the GA seats are NOT right in front of the stage(at least according to the seating chart), they are Stage Right and Stage Left as well as in the back of the arena.

I just spoke with Brenda Bagley, Manager for Soboba Casino. Brenda states upper managment is seeking a solution to last Friday's night's fesasco, AKA as the Alan Jackson Concert. Brenda stated they had many complaints, more than could be handled. She had been in contact with Ticketmaster, and they were looking for a solutions to resolve the problem's of last Friday night. Brenda has only suggested that I contact Ticketmaster and to dispute the charges on my credit card.. I have done both of these. Soboba is probably only looking to make sure this does not happen again in the future.. Brenda made no applogy in any way for the actions of the Ushers and the security Guards. Offered me no consulation prize either. I am going to rely on my credit card to issue a refund. Just want to put this event behind me.

I sent emails to Soboba Casino concerning the th OUTRAGIOUS Rip OFF of the Alan Jackson concert on 9/12/2008. Since Monday 9/15/2008 I have recieved four [4] emails fron Brenda, at Soboba. I have called and let my phone number twice. Still have not made direct contact with any one at Soboba Casino. I feel like I am being played on this one. Have also contacted Ticketmaster, last email wanted me to provide all imformation needed to track my account. Seems Ticketmaster could not locate my purchased of these tickets which cost $112.00. I have obliged them. I intend to be relentless in obtaining a full refund. Will keep ROR posted.
