Labor Cost LeaseComm $ 592/Lease($3458) Card Service $175 Merchant Acct. SNC Corp $7.95 Membership Sincerely, John W. Bullock The following summary information explains how I was ripped-off while attempting to establish my own E-Commerce web site. The companies involved are as follows, SN70 Corp, (Virtual Merchant Inc.) Lease Comm Corp 2041 Business Ctr., Suite 212 950 Winter Street Irving, CA. 92612 (Ph#888-630-2273) Watham, MA. 02451 (Ph#800-456-5989) SMC Corp. Card Services International 9401 De Sota Ave. P.O. Box 2310 Chatsworth, CA. 91311 (Ph#818-998-3300) Agoura Hills, CA. 91376 (Ph#818-878-8000) I think Card Services and SMC were just a victim of circumstances. I found out later as a result of SN70,s poor services that the culprit companies are demographically and contractually organized so that any unsuspecting customer has virtually no chance of recovering initial investments for lack of services or products. This will become evident as you become knowledgeable of SN70 and Lease Comm Corp., strategically positioning themselves demographically and contractually to facilitate this advantage for their business. I am sure that some other people have experienced success but numerous people have probably been hurt knowingly or unknowingly. I became familiar with these companies through a TV commercial called The Internet Tool Box with some well known actors who gave commercials to promote an E-Commerce Internet Web site utilizing The Internet Tool Box. I paid for this introductory offer to start my business only to find out that the introductory package was limited to one or more Web pages and not a full-blown E-Commerce web site that they alluded to in the commercial. After receiving my Internet Tool Package I realized if I wanted a full-blown E-Commerce Internet Web site I had to invest more money via a lease agreement contract. Get it! I took the next step and signed contracts with SN70 Corp., Lease Comm Corp., SMC Corp., and the Virtual Merchant to establish my own E-Commerce Internet Web Site on August 29, 1999. The SN70 representative Rita Andre explained to me what I would receive several times. I was skeptical initially and that is why I had her itemize to me the items that I was to receive. She lied! The following items were promised to me within 5-10 days after signing the contract, Hard copies of Training Manuals Never Received (copied from their site) Signed Contracts Never Received Software Disk Never Received (only exist at their web site) Web Site URL Additional cost (promised in 10 days, took 2+months) Functional E-Commerce Site 8 hour promise (took 3+ months, SN70 Technical Problems) Merchant E-Commerce Site 8 hour promise (took 3+ months, SN70-SMC Legal Problems) After receiving my contract Rita Andre only returned one of my numerous calls. Her supervisor returned one call and said that she would resolve the problem. Never happened! I call their supervisor Ray Dorso. Ray Dorso said that he would return my lost money and make sure that I was supplied products to sell on my web site. You see, I also found out after three months that all of SN70 personnel were lying to me and they had never sent my name to SMC; the supplier of product for my site. They were in a legal battle with SMC. So when an attempt was made to by product from my site, no product was available. Since they were having legal problems with SMC they also lied about technical problems to camouflage the legal problem with SMC. I then tried to contact Zamien Damara SN70 owner numerous times. He never had the courtesy to return any of my calls. I even sent him and Lease Comm registered letters. Neither ever tried to contact me and offer to return my monies for their problems that cost me tremendous time and money. Never. Lease Comm has only called to harass and threaten me. Does this sound like extortion to you? See Attachments:
