We purchased Smart Tint for a client. One of the requirements is to pay in full prior to production. We were told our product would be 1-2 weeks. We called frequently when we did not recieve our product and was informed that it has not passed quality control. On the final call of asking where it was , we were again told it did not pass quality control and we requested to cancel the order ( 2 months later) and refund our money. The smart tint showed up 2 days later. Our calls went unanswered . We decided to install the smart tint for our very angry client that had also given a 7000.00 deposit . It was a disaster. The clarity when in clear mode looked frosted. Their website and data says 97% clarity . It was so cloudy it looked like frosted film. Once the electric was connected. One sheet did not match the next sheet . Opacity of the frosted version look like a checkered board. It was embarrassing. We were told by our client to remove it and give him a full refund in which we did. I cannot blame him one bit . It was horrible . We called numberous times, emailed numberous times every hour every day for weeks. Not one return phone call or email. These people are scammers. They have a poor quality product and are rude and very unprofessional. They work off a phone service where you ever can reach them. I also googled their address on my invoice and it shows it is a US Postal Service. Please avoid doing business with these people.
They need to be stopped and quit stealing peoples monies.
