Smart and Friendly will not return my Writer
Under Warranty I sent my cd easy writer back to Smart and Friendly, 20520 Nordhoff St., Chatsworth, Calif. 9l311, 800-959-7001 or 818-772-8001, this is the number I had to use, got RMA # 333600, and a writer was returned, which did not work. I called numerous times, got no response, so finally 5 weeks ago, sent it back under the same RMA # since it was also broken.
I have called almost everyday, no response back, I called another office in another state last week and was told they, here in Calif. are in bankruptcy, I have received, no notice of this, nor do I get any response back, to letter, to phone calls. I don't want to be out the $200.00 I paid for this.
I don't know what else to do, except come here in hopes that I can get some answers as how to follow up and get a product or my money back.
