We bought a bed and box spring from the Sleepy's location in Lake Grove New York 11755, We spent approx $5000.00 in the store.The warranty on bed is suppose to covered as long as you buy a bed cover, which we did. The company sent out a representive to see if the bed had a warranty issuse, because the bed has a collapase on one side. The company said it was something they could warranty. We went to the showroom and upgraded the bed to a better one, gave more money and waited for delivery and waited and waited. After 6 weeks they finally scedudled it, the delivery person came and said NO NO NO we cant take the mattress back it has a stain on it the size of a quarter. So thats it...$5000.00 dollars plus another $500.00 on the upgrade.

Please dont buy from this company, they dont warranty anything they sell !!!!!! The owner of the company just sold this company for almost $800,000,000.00 to a bigger company and you cant do the right thing for the liitle guy that saved uo for 6 months to get a new bed.

Why do companies grow so big that they forget that its us the consumers that made them, Now i have to save up another 6 months to get another bed that should have been covered under warranty.

This bed is less then 1 year old ..... please dont go to Macys or P.C. Richard or someone that would do the right thing.
