Complaint Review: Sleepy's - Hampton New Jersey

 All your report is showing is that you DID NOT read the warrenty paperwork. If you had, you would have seen that the "Lifetime Warrenty" covers the quality of the build. Its like an extended manufacturers warrenty. It DOES NOT cover "Normal use". You have had this mattress for 3 years that's roughly 1000 nights of sleeping on it. This means the "rut" your sleeping in has been caused BY YOU. WHICH MAKES IT NORMAL USE!!! Feel free to continue to play the victim. Those of us that attempt to help out on this site always appreciate a good laugh. I personally got a good laugh off of this part of your report.............I am Not looking for something for nothing.....

Actually THAT is EXACTLY what you are doing. Im sure that you were told the exact same thing by Sleepys as you have been told here. Which means that you made this report, NOT to expose some great ripoff, but because YOU are hopeing that you will be able to embarrass them into giving YOU your way. Unfortunatly, in order for THAT play to work, you would have to be able to remove a post. RipoffReport doesn't remove ANY post. YOU wrote it and it stays on the web until either the web or this site dies. Guess what isn't going to happen. You sir are a poor customer. YOU have expectations that no business would be able to make happen. YOUR warrenty IS NOT held by Sleepys. Its held by a warrenty company. Which makes it a third party. so this part of your post is incorrect....

You apparently have no idea how simple it would be, or how far it will go to keep a customer satisfied..............NO!! YOU apparently have no idea HOW a warrenty works. Since it is held by a third party, that third party dictates HOW a warrenty is redeemed. So unless YOUR mattress meets the qualifications to redeem that warrenty, well its IMPOSSIBLE for them to do as you suggest. One would think that YOU as an adult would do the small things to protect yourself. The first would have been to FULLY read the terms and conditions of your warrenty. Since you are under the misimpression that YOUR warrenty covers YOUR problem, this tells everyone that you have no idea as to WHAT your warrenty covers. It doesn't matter what you were supposedly told. After 3 years no one CANNOT take YOUR recollection of the conversation as truth. YOU would say ANYTHING in order that YOU do not have to pay for another mattress. Sleepys will ONLY do what the terms and conditions of YOUR warrenty allow. They CANNOT legally do anything more for you then what they are legally obligated to do per the CONTRACT that you both agreed to. Since your warrenty request has been denied by Sleepys, this means that YOUR situation IS NOT COVERED by your warrenty. Lastly, the web is an excellent tool. Sites like RoR are great ways for consumers to warn others of ripoffs or scams. But in this case YOU have NOT been ripped off. Your ploy is transparent and you should really be ashamed of yourself. What YOU are doing is what a CHILD will do when they don't get their way. YOU need to grow up and take better care of your belongings. YOU have NOT been ripped off. Luckily you did not make this worse for yourself by presenting your opinions as fact. Had you done so or had you defamed them, they would have been well within their rights to sue you in civil court. Get over it and move on. When my mattress develops a rut I just slap a good piece of plywood under my spot. This does two things. It gives you a firmer sleeping surface and it distributes your weight a bit better, thereby "smoothing out" your rut a bit.
