BUYER BEWARE!! These guys will take your money and never pay the subcontractors. They will promise you the world and do not deliver on any of their promises. The so called "CEO" will lie and deceive you over and over. The other review listed here as 5-Stars was written by the "CEO" and his other "company." They will trash your location, cause damage to expensive fixtures, destroy brand new floors (pictures below). They have no integrity and no professionalism, but they are good actors. Don't be fooled into handing them your money. They will try to pin the losses on you after they lose money because of their complete lack of skill and know how. A five week project takes them 6 months and it will remain incomplete because of their mismanagement of funds and utter stupidity. They also operate under other names and change their license number and name every few years: Drop Development, DDC Group Inc, and most recently Konnect Contracting and it's always the same "CEO." Feel free to contact me if you have any doubts, or if you have been scammed by these guys. THIS IS A WARNING TO ANYONE THINKING ABOUT DOING BUSINESS WITH ANY OF THESE ORGANIZATIONS. DON'T WALK, RUN RUN RUN!!!!!!!!

If you are in another contractor such as myself you do not want to do business with this company I was burned for more than $7000 when this contractor came into my town and hired me as a sub. How are guys worked nights and long days to help them get their job done doing stainless steel sheet metal and air-conditioning . It's been almost 6 months and They will not answer my calls or return them and they collected money on my account very bad business do not trust the

Mr. Anthony Luis Rios who posted this report is an ex-employee resigned in March 2018 and has been posting negative reviews for the last 6 months on multiple. Since his departure DDC has doubled in revenue with a new system.
