Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I recently ordered a Christmas present for my father online - a bluetooth speaker. I came accross this website through a Google Shopping lead. They had the lowest price with free shipping so of course I clicked. After I read several online reviews from a "review" site that wasn't affiliated with the company, I figured it was probably safe. After check out I recieved an email to complete my order by paying with a Play-Station giftcard that I needed to purchase through Amazon. I did this, sent the payment code and was told that my order was "Processing" through an email sent from Slamoc.

This was the last time I was contacted from the company. I have sent numerous emails to the customer service address, requested a "contact" through their website and called their listed phone number which just rings then gets disconnected.

Now when I visit the same website where I saw hundreds of positive reviews (dating back to 2005!), it is littered with people telling my exact same story. This fake company has even posted fake press reviews to coax people into ordering from them.

I hope that I and the others who have been scammed will see some justice. This company has taken the time and effort to fool people (who go as far to do review checks and read press reviews) who try to educate themselves on a company prior to ordering.

PLEASE HELP US GET JUSTICE!

The address in your review is not the business. It is my home, and I have no affiliation or knowledge of SLAMOC, which is/was clearly a scam.  A company called Yext was paid to populate this company over +/- 70 directories which made it look legitimate.

I tried to get the user info from Yext, but they could not provide it.

If you are capable, would you, please remove my home address from your review.

Thanks for your help.  Paul

More of the same.  I knew better.  I purchased gifcards off of raise.com, and thankfully they're fighting the fight for me to get the $ back.

I see that you created this report about 9 minutes before I saw it. I literally found the same site under the same circumstances you did. THrough the google page. I recently discovered google is a quick and often efficient way to get a good price match on items around the country with various stores.

I am a computer tech so I know first hand the dangers of putting your info into random sites so I was planning on using false info to sign up on their site, then purchase my product using a gift card to cover my bases on the off chance that it would be a scam. It wasn't very much money so I felt safer knowing that if it was indeed a scam, it wouldn't be a big loss and I could make a report with the gift card company to eventually get the funds back. This is just how much I was prepared to be scammed.

Like you, I thoroughly researched this site and found NOTHING and in fact found some sites reporting it as a credible site. That only means no one has complained. I highly doubt they are selling the item I was about to buy for the price they are selling it but I imagine around Christmas they are going to make a killing.

Either way! Thank you SO MUCH for this review. It literally saved me a hassle!
