Received confirmation letter of enrollment in a 2 month free trial subscription that I had not enrolled in. First off the SiriusXM radio had been removed almost 5 years ago prior to enrollment also vehicle is no longer in my name. I called to report the issue and cancel the trial bc in the customer agreement you have 7 days to cancel and if you don't you are automatically sighned up for the pay service.

The first representitive was rude and didn't speak English very well but upon questioning her about how this could happen she hung up on me. The second attempt was better , better English and attitude. I was able to get a cacellation confirmation number and hopefully this will resolve the issue. I would like to know if anyone else has had a bad experience with this company. I know for now on when i purchase a new vehicle i will require the dealer to not activate the service as part of the deal. Thank You
