HELLO,

I WANT EVERYBODY TO KNOW THAT SIMPLYDROPSHIPPING IS A FREUD. I PURCHASED AN ONLINE BUSINESS WITH THEM IN AUGUST 2016. THE BUSINESS INVOLVED THEM CREATING AN AMAZON STORE WITH ITEMS TO SELL. INITIALLY, THEY WERE RESPONSIVE TO MY CALLS. I SPOKE TO THOMAS QUACOO. FROM DAY ONE AS SOON AS I STARTED RECEIVING ORDERS, I HAD PROBLEMS: THERE WERE LOTS OF PRICING ERRORS (FOR EXAMPLE, SOME ITEMS HAD SALES PRICES THAT WERE LOWER THAN THE COST FOR ME TO PURCHASE THEM, SOME WERE NOT AVAILABLE  AND SOME WERE CATEGORIZED INCORRECTLY (REFURBISHED, INSTEAD OF NEW AND VICE VERSA).

AS A RESULT OF ALL THIS, I HAD LOTS OF COMPLAINTS FROM CUSTOMERS AND I HAD TO CANCEL SEVERAL ORDERS. MY AMAZON ACCOUNT WAS SUSPENDED AND PLACED IN REVIEW. I HAD TO KEEP CLOSING THE STORE BECAUSE EVERYTIME I GOT AN ORDER, I HAD TO WAIT TO SEE WHAT THE ISSUE WOULD BE AND TRY TO RESOLVE IT.  I TRIED TO CONTACT AND EMAIL SIMPLYDROPSHIPPING ABOUT THOSE ISSUES, THEY WOULD IGNORE MY EMAILS AND NOT RESPOND TO ME. I CALLED THOMAS ONE DAY AND HE TEXTED ME STATING THAT HE WOULD CALL ME THE FOLLOWING DAY AT 7:00PM. HE NEVER CALLED ME. I TRIED CALLING AND EMAILING SEVERAL TIMES THEREAFTER AND THERE WAS NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE.  SOON AFTERWARDS, THE PHONE NUMBER 484.888.4134 WAS DISCONNECTED, I COULDN'T REACH ANYONE OR LEAVE A MESSAGE.  ABOUT A MONTH LATER, I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM CLIENTSUPPORT@SIMPLYDROPSHIPPING STATING THAT THEY WERE LAUNCHING A NEW PROGRAM " Introducing our “Push button” ecommerce feature" WHICH WAS SUPPOSEDLY MUCH SIMPLER AND MORE USER FRIENDLY THAN THE PREVIOUS SYSTEM. THEY WERE ASKING ME TO COME BACK ON BOARD TO TRY THIS NEW SYSTEM. 

I RESPONDED BY SENDING THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE TO THOMAS QUACOO  "Hello, I had signed up for simply drop shipping, paid my money and this company just disappeared one day and left me with my inventory in a complete mess, prices incorrect, vendor links not working as it should and major problems with amazon as a result of their errors. You did not deliver as you said you would, I was left with lots of unresolved problems. Thomas said he would call me, but never did and when I called the phone number, it  was disconnected. That is not the proper way to do business. I worked very hard for my money and this experience was such a disappointment. Right now my business is at a complete STOP and there is nothing I can do with major pricing errors and lots of problems with the vendor links."

THOMAS RESPONDED TO MY EMAIL STATING THAT THEY HAVE BEEN WORKING ON LAUNCHING THE NEW PLATFORM THAT'S WHY THEY HADN'T GOTTEN BACK TO ME. MY RESPONSE WAS "There is nothing  wrong with making improvements with the site. However, there is a proper way to do things. It would have been nice to at least inform me of what was going on. Rather than just not answer the phone and change your number without notifying anyone. I hope you get it and understand the point that I am trying to make."  THEY GAVE ME INSTRUCTIONS ON CHANGING TO NEW SYSTEM, WHICH I DID AND I WAS ON BOARD WITH THEM AGAIN.  THIS TIME THEIR NEW SYSTEM REQUIRED FOR US TO PAY A CREDIT IN THE AMOUNT OF $250 UP TO $1000 SO THAT WHEN ORDERS CAME IN THEY WOULD PAY FOR THEM AND SHIP THE ORDERS OUT DIRECTLY ON YOUR BEHALF.  I DEPOSED $250, THE MINIMUM AMOUNT THEY REQUIRED. I HAD TO PAY THIS AMOUNT USING "VENMO" AFTER THEY SENT ME A REQUEST. THE FIRST 3 ORDERS, I HAD NO PROBLEM WITH, THEY SHIPPED OUT AND DEDUCTED FROM THE CREDIT I HAD. THE NEXT 3 ORDERS THEY DEDUCTED FROM THE CREDIT BALANCE I HAD, BUT NEVER SHIPPED OUT THE ORDERS.  I RECEIVED COMPLAINTS FROM CUSTOMERS VIA EMAIL STATING THAT THEY NEVER RECEIVED THEIR ORDERS. I HAD TOCANCEL ALL THE ORDERS AND HAVE AMAZON ISSUE A REFUND TO EACH OF THE CLIENTS.  I TRIED CONTACTING SIMPLYDROPSHIPPING ABOUT THE SITUATION AND REFUNDING ME THE MONEY THEY TOOK OUT OF THE CREDIT I HAD AND THEY NEVER RESPONDED.

THIS WAS MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY.  THEY ARE DEFINITELY A FRAUD AND I WANTED TO REPORT IT AND HOPE THAT NO ONE ELSE WILL FALL FOR THEIR TRAP.
