Simplx is the biggest scam on the internet to date! Oh, there have been others but belive me they pale in comparrison to the gross misrepresentation of the is so called fake LLC. First they tell you that they can provide name brand products at below retail plus cash back for using digitaldropship.com.

Now that is just not true. You sign into digitaldropship.com select a type of product like electronics and a list of websites comes up. Websites like www.walmart.com, www.bestbuy.com, www.target.com etc..

You are directed to these sites where you pay FULL RETAIL for anything you purchase. They tell you to use your credit card info and have it shipped to you customer. Hello!!!

The training they provide is a joke with the absolute most unqualified people. They tell you to buy products and put it on e-bay at higher than retail prices to that no so smart consumers can pay you more for a product.

Also they only really talk to you about e-bay and NOT about your website.The mallshare.com thing is simply an index of websites. Yeah that is a real mall!

People really need to complain and avoid Simplx. People who work there like Clint Larson or Pete Sylvester or even Riley Griffins are all liars.

Trying to get money back is a Joke.

If you look at there policy it says that if you keep paying them for 12 months and do not make any money. Then they will have someone work with you until you do. Wow! Gee thanks!

Boy did i get taken for a ride!

Simplx.com has been in business for over six years, and strives to provide the best dropshipping service possible. With this in mind, we will address each of the complaints/accusations in the order this individual has stated.

First, Simplx.com is not a scam. The company is a registered LLC in the State of Utah, USA, and is in full compliance with all the legal terms and agreements of that state. The Simplx model of dropshipping provides customers with discounts at over 1,900 different merchants/suppliers, and these discounts are off whatever price is listed on these supplier's website.

Simplx merchants/suppliers give up to 30% back off whatever price is listed on their websites, not just 1% as this individual has falsely stated. Yes, there are some suppliers who give lower discounts in the 1% to 5% range, but Simplx has setup partnerships with over 1,900 merchants/suppliers, and a majority of them provide discounts of over 10%.

The Simplx website does state that you can receive up to 65% off the retail price, and using the Simplx service you can absolutely do so. Many of our suppliers offer great discounts on their websites, sometimes up to 30% off retail already, then provide Simplx with another 35% as well, for a total of 65%. Simplx can confirm this promised discount amount and will firmly stand by this statement.

The customer states that you need to use a credit card to purchase items using the Simplx model. This is accurate, but customer's credit card information is not forwarded to the customer of the drosphipper. The suggestion that this information is forwarded to the customer when they receive the package is entirely inaccurate and completely false. Credit card information is never passed onto customers.

The customer states that Simplx trainings are performed by unqualified individuals. Each of our trainers has extensive knowledge and experience selling on eBay, and each trainer is also trained by an eBay powerseller. Simplx stands by the credibility of these trainers. Our trainers instruct customers on how to find accurate prices, and never forces them to list or price an item above the retail price. The trainers provide useful tools and directs customers to these tools, such as (((Redacted))) Customers must decide pricing on their own, but can ask for advice if they desire. Simplx provides the help and support each customer would like, but it is up to the customer to take advantage of this help and support. If a customer chooses not to follow a trainers advice, Simplx cannot accept responsibility for a customers mistake.

Simplx has primarily focused on eBay sellers in the past, and our trainings focus on ebay selling as well. Our model does allow customers to use the service if they would like to sell products on their own website.

Simplx values each employee and has encouraged they treat all customers with the utmost respect and integrity.

The customer complains that they couldn't get their money back, but no where do they mention anything about the Simplx refund policy. Clearly, this customer was beyond the refund deadline, and felt Simplx should be held accountable for this customer not canceling before the deadline. The refund policy is stated clearly in every single invoice for every single Simplx product purchased. If a customer disagrees with this policy, they are not forced to sign up, but if they do agree to the policy, then Simplx has the responsibility to honor this policy.

Simplx does offer a Twelve (12) Month Money Back Guarantee, but this customer clearly was not interested in taking advantage of it. Again, if a customer chooses not to fulfill on a feature which is offered by Simplx, Simplx cannot be held accountable for this customer's choice.

Again, Simplx wants to provide the services or products which are promised, and is not trying to rip off any customers. Simplx values, respects, and cares about each customer and is not trying to scam any customer out of their money. Because we care about each customer, we encourage customers to provide feedback on their experience with Simplx.
