DO NOT SIGN UP!! Me and my family were "invited" out to tour the Hill Country resort.  They told us the tour would only take about 90 minutes and that we would receive 2 free complimentary gifts.  The tour itself took about 3 1/2 hours.  MY kids, who are 1& 3 were running all over the place because the tour was not kid friendly like we were told.  Multiple times we asked if we could talk about or come back later once we got some advice and they kept telling us no and that we were getting such a great deal.  Each time we said we had to think about it they would come back with a "better" deal.  

Little did we know that the "better" deal meant a crappier room. They NEVER gave us any in depth information about the resort.  After we bullied into signing up they let us go.  Keep in mind we had now been there for going on 5 hours, it was night time now AND we lived 2 hours away. Our kids are little and we had work/school in the morning.  We NEVER received our 2 free gifts. We were told they would be mailed and have YET to receive them.  About 3 wks in, they invited us back out to get owners information and gave us a complimentary week.  

Why didn't they do that as soon as we signed up???  The "hour" process actually took about 3 1/2.  We missed our 5 pm sign in time for our room. They ended up giving our next room that was centrally located to another family that had grown kids. We had our 2 little ones AND I was 7 months pregnant, but they stuck us way on the other side of the resort.  Our room had roaches and everything. =( Me and my husband ended up fighting the whole time about the room.  When we tried to cancel our contract they told us we only 7 days to cancel and that it was too late.

If they would have disclosed this to us in the beginning we would have cancelled immediately. Not to mention they never told us that if we exchanged our week for another week with the same resort we had to pay an ADDITIONAL fee. Needless to say, we ended up losing our week.  We've tried contacting corporate office a number of time for all of our issues, these are only just a few, and we can't get any assistance.  This is the WORSE experience ever. I can't believe I am stuck with these money hungry sharks! DO NOT SIGN UP!!
