Shop NBC - V2 Premier ripoff Chaska Minnesota
I Have this V2Premier Computer just 6 weeks and just had the Hard Drive replaced, but it did not fix the problem. Now I am waiting for a motherboard and if that dosen't fix this computer they want me to ship them the tower. This is the worst nightmare.
I have ever got myself into. I will do my best to start a campaign to let the public know just what they are up to at Shop NBC. The thech support is worst then Bad. These people are NOT trained in hardware at all, in fact at the hardware support number that they give you to call they mostly fix things like refridgerators and other household items BUT NOT computers. This was told to me by the person that answers the phone at hardware support at 1-800-877-7933. So those are the people that are making the decisions on whether you may need A hard drive or a motherboard or any other piece of computer equiptment. And I found out that the hard drive that came in the computer that they sent me was USED after running an undelete program on the hard drive to get back some software I accidentely deleted and over 22,000 items came up that had been deleted over the last 3 years, I guess thats why on a 300GB hard drive there was ONLY 248GB's left.........
