If you have been victimized by SPS, (thousands have), it is important that you take action.  Lawsuits and class actions are expensive and time consuming with limited success.  We need to stop these criminals. 

Contact your US Senators, US Representative, State Senators and Reps., your state Attorney General and/or consumer protection agency.  Also, contact Orrin Hatch and Mike Lee, Utah's US Senators, and the Utah Attorney General.  Utah is SPS's HQ.  It is important that you contact ALL of these entities.  The more they all hear from thousands of people, the more they have to act. 

Don't bother with a long sob stories about how they have cheated, defrauded and deceived you.  It's like a broken record, and SPS's M.O.  When you contact these entities, demand they investigate this company and its consumer fraud behavior.  Also, it is a good idea to contact the TV station and newspaper investigative reporters in your area and tip them to a hot story.

Hello SPS victims and SPS violated homeowners,

I routinely look for posts to answer in hopes that it will not only bring optimism to those homeowners and borrowers in distress but also some basic information to assist in fighting the banks like Citi, Bank of America, Chase and Wells Fargo that are "too big to fail" but yet don't appreciate the bailout that we provided in their time of need.  The debt collectors like SPS, SLS, GreenTree, Ocwen and Nationstar are simply just scumbags but they can be beat at their own game too just like the big banks can be defeated. 

It pains me that you have fallen victim to the unfair, deceptive and abusive practices of SPS but you do have rights and I would be more than happy to educate you as to how to fight for your rights.   My firm routinely seeks out complaints online so that we can educate as to how to fight back on our weekday show called "The Daily Complaint" where we review a complaint and how to tackle it successfully.
