BAIT & SWITCH , Do not walk , RUN from Sears appliance repair (A&E FACTORY SERVICE) I purchased six appliances from SEARS in 2012. When I had a problem with my whirlpool refrigator icemaker,I called SEARS appliance repair . My call to them seemed strange, I asked if I was speaking to SEARS or a sub-contractor?? I was advised I was talking to SEARS. I inquired if it was going to be a SEARS repair truck sent to my home with a certified Repairman ? answer was YES. A&E FACTORY shows up at my home 10/28/2015, my wife gives them a deposit for parts on my credit card. I pulled up to the house a few minutes too late, credit card had been run . I was very upset to see not to see a SEARS repair truck as repesented by a   Sears repesentative. I requested a credit back to my credit card from  A&E and SEARS and SEARS HOLDINGS. I advised them  about their misrepresentation (bait and swithch)  I subsequently learned from WHIRLPOOL (maufacture of my refrigator) "A&E FACTORY SERVICE is no longer a service company certified through Whirlpool" I wonder why?? I have requested a full refund from A&E ,SEARS and SEARSHOLDINGS. Seems like I am going in circles, no results or refund and very bad customer service. Once again, if you need an appliance , avoid SEARS...
