Sears Home Warranty Cross County Last month a service tech came out to fix my trash compactor and said it was not repairable. Two days later someone called and said they would replace my old one with a new GE black in color trash compactor number UCG1600LWW that would be coming out of Alpharetta Ga. which is about an hour from my house.

Case number that he gave me is 10061774 along with this phone number 1 855 256 2464. I ask him when would I receive it and he told me 4 to 5 business days. When I hadn't heard from them I called after calling 3 to 4 days of this and wasting God only knows how many hours. I was transferred a dozen times each time I called.

Their customer service is in Pakistan which I don't have a problem with. What I do have a problem with they did not Understand English and I kept asking them to transfer me to the USA so I could speak to someone that could understand English they did not. So the last time I called I was talk to very rude and got mad and hung up. I then when to Sears Home Services on Facebook and tried there.

Still nothing and was told that it wasn't them that was responsible I told them that my paperwork has Sears on it and Sears is the one that takes my payment every month so I hold Sears responsible for it. This is now going on 4 weeks and still no trash compactor nor any phone calls for the reason of where my compactor is.

Also 2 weeks ago another repair tech had called me I ask him if he has my compactor and he told me no. So I ask why did I need another repair tech when I had already been approved to get another compactor??.
