Never have I had or dreamed there could be such a nightmare as it is to work with Sears consumer solutions department. For the 2nd time within a year our expensive Kenmore Elite refrigerator has completely stopped working. After numerous calls and requests to have the refrigerator correctly repaired/replaced in the last 8 weeks, this weekend with a house full of guests, the refrigerator stopped working and we lost close to $1,000 in groceries. We had called Sears probably 15 times in the last 4 weeks (no joke), had numerous technicians (both on the phone and in person) try to run diagnostics and repairs to fix the issues we've had and no one could help us. The people in Consumer Solutions have only the authority to give you the run around and no one has the power to make things right....even the executive office said there was nothing that could be done to make it right. Well Sears, it's a personal mission of mine to report you to the BBB, RipOffReport.com, Yelp, Consumer Reports, Angie's List, etc. to help protect anyone from ever having to deal with Sears what we've gone through the last 8 weeks. You truly are the worst retailer with the worst customer service in America and you won't be around long because you have no concept of "customer experience" and retention. I truly hope people take the time to read this post. I'll begin the laborious task of writing negative reviews on as many online platforms as I can possibly find and if I help one person from ever purchasing their next appliance from Sears Holdings, I'll consider it a huge win.
