On August 5, 2011 I paid $854.79 to the corpus automotive department to replace four wheel bearings on my 2004 Subaru Outback.
I had purchased the car new. The original wheel bearings lasted more than seven years.
In May 2013, the front wheel bearings failed.
I was able to drive the car to another Automotive repair shop in Corpus Christi, before the wheel actually fell off. When they diagnosed the problem, I explained that the bearings had been replaced less than two years ago.

After again replacing the wheel bearings, for a cost in excess of eight hundred dollars, they explained that they knew exactly why the wheel bearings failed. The installer had replaced the bearings and failed to put the seals in, allowing all the grease to leak out of the bearings.
this was an act of gross negligence on the part of your employee and whoever was supervising him. I have clearly paid for something that was intentionally not delivered.
the manager ignored my letter. i sent a letter to the chief operating office.

the automotive manager called to explain that they will not honor the warranty. i said it is not a warranty issue. it is a fraud issue.

beware. these people are very bad. you are placing your life in the hands of people that just dont care.
