Scott Tatum Crystal Tatum Illegal Gameroom Guild Mortgage Ripped me off Rockwall Texas
I went to a gameroom owned by Scott and Crystal Tatum. A gameroom is like a small casino where you can gamble on slots and electronic games and such. I thought this was a legitimate business because I met the owners and Crystal works at a big mortgage company in Rockwall.
I was there at least once every two weeks after work. I usually lost, but one day I hit a jackpot and won $2000. Scott refused to pay me saying something about the game malfunctioning. A few weeks before, I had given Crystal all of my personal info to try and get a new mortgage.
I was not sure what to do. I didn't want to jeopardize my loan which was nearly done, but the next day I decided that I wanted the $2000. I confronted Scott. He refused to pay me, and when I told him I would tell the police he laughed at me saying that his business was illegal. That the police wouldn't do anything since it was an illegal business. That night his wife called me and said that my loan would be rejected if I kept complaining, and that they might "lose" my social security number on the internet. So that people could steal my identity.
My best friend googled them and found that Scott Tatum's real name is Robin Scott Tatum. A lot of people have sued him in the Dallas area for fraud, bad debt, and breach of contract. We also found court cases where both of them have been sued for all sorts of other bad things, and bad customer reviews of Guild Mortgage.
Then we found Scott's mugshot and criminal record online. He is a convicted felon. He's been to jail abunch of times.
These are bad people. They are bullying me and have ripped me off. I don't know what to do. I called the Better Business Bureau and will call the police after I speak with an attorney.
I don't have a lot of money so finding a good attorney is hard.

Crystal, why would you lie about this? The report is so true and easy to prove.
You and your husband operate illegal underground gambling businesses called gamerooms. The cops have shut down several of your game rooms and arrested your family members to include your husband.
Even when you have tried to mask your illegal business, you have been discovered, shutdown, everything siezed, and cities have banned you.
Your names and all of this has even been in the news. Search the HeraldDemocrat in the city of Bells, TX. Its on their site. Even your husband's picture is there for the world to see.
You are such a liar and I am happy to learn that Guild Mortgage fired you and shut down your office.

The information stated in this so-called report has nothing of validation i crystal Tatum do not own and did not own any game rooms. I have not taken any social security number no reported it to any type of social media are anywhere on the internet as that is a compliance by any mortgage company. If you had any sense of detail pertaining to any of the false accusations you would know we are mandated by standards. You have not filed for any type of loan run any type of credit report or gotten any loan estimates. I do not have any lawsuits against me have done no breach of contract and do not have the accusations you are stating in your complaint. This warrants defamation and slander.
