We really should help and have more patience and sympathy towards innocent people. Most people have wonderful and naive nature,  no one can imagine there would be a con man exists in their life circle. Again, Scott is very a manipulative con man, he chose his victims carefully, and pray on the innocence.  That's why we need  information in the public. 

If Scott changes name, we need to chase him down to prevent him to hurt another innocent human. Innocence is human nature, that's why con man exists in this world.  Cannot agree more - politician is the same, they maniuplate human nature's innocence in a different level.  

First off, Scott's clearly a fraudulent huckster. You don't get that many judgments against you if you're innocent of what you're being accused of. And if you're being slandered and you know the identities of the people slandering you, you sue them... you don't go onto some website and argue with them. That's just stupid and it does nothing to prove your innocence or to demonstrate you're the one telling the truth. Doesn't matter how many times someone says "FACT." We live in a society. There are processes for handling these matters properly.

And if you can't already tell he's a bad dude and an idiot, he's on trial for domestic violence and rather than fight for his innocence, he skipped court. So he's a bad guy who probably beats women. And he's an idiot because only an idiot would skip court and then argue with what the state is calling his "victims" this website. If you're not guilty, you prove it in court, ya know... like normal people do in civilized society?

Secondly, the information about Scott and SKP Partners has been online for years. This isn't new information. This is stuff you could find out by typing his name into any searchbar on any browser on any computer. If you're still a victim of him or his company... IT'S KIND OF YOUR FAULT FOR NOT USING GOOGLE. Google is this wonderful free resource that lets people research things before they make decisions. That leads to informed decision making. So "Julie" at very least should have used Google before getting in a relationship with this guy and she would have seen some of the red flags (like on this website... and numerous others).

I knew about these allegations against Scott/SKP before a lot of these posts were ever made. And honestly, Scott is a complete idiot for not changing his name - innocent or not. If you're a con man, change your name so when people Google you they won't see that you're full of it. If you're innocent, change it so that you're not tied to false allegations (if the defamation suit to clear your name failed). That's called informed decision-making. Don't be dumb, make informed decisions. I'm honestly completely floored that someone would get into a relationship with another person without Googling them. It's 2019, Google isn't new. There's also Yahoo and Bing. How in the world am I explaining that people should use search engines in 2019?

Lastly, if you're the victim of a crime and there's an ongoing investigation and prosecution occurring... listen to the advice of the prosecutor and your lawyer! They don't want you making comments that could influence a jury. If you're using a fake name (wow - so sneaky "Julie") and then posting things that reveal your actual identity to anyone who knows any of the facts to this situation is one of those things the prosectutor and the attorney told you not to do. You're influencing a criminal prosecution and it's stupid because what it can result in is a criminal (once again) escaping justice. It's not like Scott isn't going to read these drunk posts and not know exactly who posted it. Both you and Scott need to lay off the booze "Julie" - you're both huge embarassments to your family.

1.) Don't do business with any firm that's got so many ties to "scams" when you google them

2.) Don't get in a relationship without using Google and checking into the background of the person you're thinking about getting in a relationship. Or at least do it before marrying them. Seriously, why do I even have to say that it's 2019?

I have been advised to remedy this in a more appropriate forum, however, I will not stand by idle and be accused of outlandish behavior in attempt to slander my firm. It should be noted that my statements regarding my firm have never been disputed. 

It should be noted that I met my first wife when I was 19. Married 15 years and are friends to this day. Despite repeated harassment and attempts by the author, she is not to be found here and thinks this blog is ludicrous. Its been noted that the Author has zero regard for our son. Scott Potter lived with me for nine months. It was absolute hell. I feared for my life every day. Severe domestic violence occurred to me by his own hands.

I have a permanent restraining order, a criminal protective restraining order, a move out order and a stay away order from the district of San Diego. There is also an arrest warrant issued for him in addition to FTA (failure to appear in court).

Apparently losing her "friends” and family members no longer speaking to her was not enough for her to realize she has gone mad with the accusations, half truths and dramatization. Its ironic that I'm being accused of slander. The only reason this blog exists is because my ex-wife started it to slander me. She has been doing so for two years.

To be clear, my “criminal charges” include and are limited to the accusation that I did not not comply with a court order. No decision has been made in the matter. While ignorance is not a defense, it wil be clear to all that we were acting in good faith. While there is a date on the calendar for the 4th, there will be no trial.

The other statement, that I am going to court for a Domestic Violence charge is patently false. Complete fabrication.

In the tech world, Ms. Mazzei’s behavior would have her labeled as a "shut in”. These are people that become obsessive to the point of online stalking and commentary while simultaneously using alias’s and hiding in the dark corners. This is the smallest and weakest behavior I have ever encountered. If you’re so adamant about slandering others use your real name and take a stand. Her fingerprints are all over these accusations. She IS THE ATTORNEY for these cases and will stop at nothing to harass me in an attempt to stop me from living a peaceful life. She must be a savant. I didn’t realize attempting to ruin someone’s career was a solid strategy to get money from that person.

To be clear, she coerced the other party, a woman who has been in rehab five times and was committed to a mental institution. Ms. Mazzei has literally created and crafted these cases. My ex wife demanded the aforementioned woman“ you need to say these things for me”. The state bar is aware. In an attempt to hurt me, the only person she is hurting is her son. She simply does not care. Perhaps that is why the people she believes are her friends disdain her. Additionally, she sent disparaging emails (about me) to my friends in an attempt to alienate. Not only did it fail, they simply pretend to like her.

None of this is surprising, she has misappropriated (stolen) all of my art, stole items that belong to my son, walked away with 6 figures on her hand, never paid for any part of the multiple $50,000.00 + vacations we took and hosted multiple five figure parties at our home and handed me the bill. Apparently that makes me a fraud.

Moreover, none of this has anything to do with my company.

It is preposterous that Ms. Mazzei would even consider expressing such effluent. Ms. Mazzei lied to garner a protective order against me, May 2017. She then used that order to harass me via the Internet and phone calls and emails to personal friends. Her aliases and fake websites have been shut down by Linkden, Facebook, Twitter and various independent blogs. The better part of this commentary is complete fabrication written by Ms. Mazzei for her own self interest. Ms. Mazzei berated the petitioner, stating “ I need you to make these statements for my own use, going forward”. Lastly, a clear example of Ms. Mazzei’s motives is the fact that she has mislead thr court as to her involvement in this matter by way of not signing or having her name attached to this request for order, authored by Ms. Mazzei.

Monica started this complaint with allegations of fraud and wine theft using third-party aliases. To be clear, she is a family law attorney that uses the courts to create any narrative she wishes with complete disregard for the truth. This post is proof positive. When she states court records don't lie, what she fails to disclose is she lie's, under oath, to achieve any outcome she desires. She gets away with this heinous behavior because as an attorney she knows how. 

Facts:

She has been caught in multiple lies and has backed off of 99% of her allegations in her original post because she has been legally caught creating aliases in an attempt to defame me, harras me and continue her smear campaign. 

LNKD shut down her fake accounts, Facebook has shut down two of her fake accounts, mylife.com shut down her fake account, scambook.com shut down her fake account, hence she started a new page. I have no doubt there are more to come. She also uses the alias "Lisa Klein" on Facebook which has not been shut down because she garnered a few friends in an attempt to legitimize it. In any event, its deception and illegal.

She lies, she claims fraud where there is none, she continues to claim I have 8 civil judgments against me which is patently false. Please follow her recommendation and look. It's simply not true. Lastly, she claims I have a "history" of violence. That's ludicrous and misleading. The real message here is, if you're a vindictive and an attorney with no scruples, you think you're above the law and will disregard it to achieve an outcome regardless of the truth. She is an embarrassment to her profession. She stops at nothing. She sent emails with false claims to an email list that included my friends. Needless to say, it was forwarded to me with commentary about her unstable behavior. 

The only fraud was is her making these false claims, stealing my art, my personal belongings and violating the law and rules on every website she has posted on. Ironic that she calls me a fraud when she, in fact, cost me 7 figures with zero remorse. I suppose her best defense was a contrived offense that many of her "friends" know to be true, despite all of her noise. Her story is slowly unraveling.

This report is not true. The information provided is nothing more than slander and anger. Please visit SF superior court website. I do not have 8 civil judgments against me, have never committed fraud of any kind and I also never stolen wine from anywhere.

The reason I know this is my ex-wife, who also happens to be an attorney, is that she was contacted by Lt Sonny Sarkissian of the SFPD regarding this case. He may be reached at 850 Bryant St, SF CA and will confirm that I was not involved, in any way.

Additionally, I have no outside investors in my hedge fund and do not accept outside money. 

My ex-wife has a history of doing all she can to slander me and distort the truth. This is yet one more attempt to do all she can to hurt me both financially and professionally.
