Subscribed to a 3-month subscription. Was told there was a backlog, didn't recieve anything for 3 months so reached out and asked for my money back and to cancel. They said no to a refund and told me how I could cancel my subscription myself. I was out of town and their site is not mobile friendly and wouldn't allow me to cancel on my phone...I then got charged for another 3 months.
They look like they're a reputable online company, but apparently are not. They'd rather refuse a refund for product they have no plans to deliver (for 50 cents of product) than acknowledge that they have dropped the ball. 4 months and $90 later...still nothing. Just robotic responses from their "Scentbird Fairy". What a joke of a company.
