SAS Group, Inc. I ordered Scratch Aide from these people which does not work at all and contacted a very nasty woman named Glenda Patterson to discuss a refund. She refused to speak to me and insisted on responding via emai.. Horrible person this Glenda Patterson, she is a liar and I advise cosumers to stay away from this company as they are scam artists. Tarrytown New York
I had purchased Scratch Aide from this company and the product does not work. So I called Glenda Patterson who is a very nasty and rude individual who refuse speak with me over the phone - she quickly and rudely told me she would not speak with me about a refund over the phone and would respond in writing and quickly hung up on me. Obviously, these people are scam artists. Consumers beware!
