SafeGuard Self Storage They sold me a cheap lock and then asked me notarized document to let my wife access the storage... coconut creek Florida
The WORST storage place ever.
I am currently overseas for a mission.
When I first booked the unit, they first sold me a cheap lock and the key got broken inside...
While overseaees, I then asked my wife to change the lock they refused because the contract is under my name asking me (overseas) to file a notarized document in order for my wife to get access to "OUR" storage...
By the way notarized documents in the USA is easy but overseas IT DOES NOT WORK LIKE THAT. Unless you go to the US embassy if you are American citizen that I am not yet...
Then they played dead. While not being able to access my items in my storage they send me "Friendly emails" Sorry but I choose my friends this company is far froom being on this list....
They refused debit card payment, so asked a friend to deposit in cash what was due, they refused to take the cash payment.
Don't use Safeguard self storage in Hillsboro, Coconut Creek they are just plain incompetent and the only thing you will get is troubles.
