S & M Auto Brokers ..auto mileage rolled back
While car shopping I found the car I wanted at S & M Auto Brokers, Inc. (1992 Mercedes 300E), the car appeared to be in good condition I was asked to leave a small deposit of $50.00 as good faith. However, the day I decided to pick up the car, I went on the Internet to do a car history, and found out the the automobile's mileage was rolled back to 80,000 by the auto broker. At the time they purchased it, it was 179,800 miles. They refuse to give me back my deposit.
