hi i hav gone through the same thing with theses people i too am interested in a class action lawsuit if there is one please contach me at (((ROR redacted))) so we can stop this and get our money back

It seems Maryland is a major hot spot for Ryan Homes scams and NVR mortgage fraud. It's also oddly the same area that keeps NVR alive in this otherwise bad housing market. Of course I suspect NVR will do ANYTHING to stay in black, since their $300,000,000 year of losses and the following chapter 11 experience. Does it make you feel any better knowing NVR's mortgage bank president only makes about $300,000 a year salary + about $5,000,000 a year in added bonuses? Me neither. It must be what they get for pulling off these extra little scams I keep hearing about. Somehow the biz people can still sell the concept they are victims of predatory customers to government regulators, or a now obvious lack of, and they have protections against home buyers, I think just so they can do this sort of thing. I am truly sorry you got into Ryan Homes, personally knowing that horrible feeling. What happens next? Maybe a bunch of supposedly happy customers may pop in and blame you for your problems, or say because they are happy customers it discredits your experience, like that really helps.
