Richard Gonzales was hired to complete a rehab on our investment property. He started the project. He did not pay subcontractors. He was paid a significant amount of money. Once he received it he walked away from the job.
Reports with Police, Attorney General, and BBB have been filed. Once he stopped working he blocked me from email and phone. The work he did do was shotty and had to be corrected by another contractor.
Come to find out, Richard is a scam artist. He has done this to multiple investors. The losses are over $150k and growing. He has stolen items from other investors properties. Another investor says they were threatened with there house being burned down.
Please do a google search to see all of the bad reviews for this company. They are now going by Blueprint Construction. Technically the owner is listed as Tammie Gonzales. This was pulled from public record - Assumed name certificate form. They both have been scamming unsuspected people.
There are also multiple court cases on file suing RTG Construction and Richard and Tammie Gonzales.I stand behind everything I have stated. It is true. I can provide documents if needed. If you were also scammed or want to know more feel free to reach out.
