RSM Maintenance Will not pay vendors Nationwide
BEWARE!!! Contractors and Vendors you will not be paid. What you will get is high pressure to take on and complete low NTE work orders, and lots of excuses about why you aren’t being paid. My company has completed over 20 work orders in SC, NC and GA. Not one has been paid. For all others that haven’t been paid, please reach out to me. I’m forming a collaborative effort to lodge formal complaints with state regulatory agencies, corporate clients, BBB, industry associations, and possibly civil legal procedure for Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices. Perform your own due diligence and find where RSM has a long standing pattern of defrauding many other vendors.
