Complaint Review: Royal Holiday -

Vengo para contar como fue que yo caí en una estafa, sinceramente si me lo platicaran diría que yo no caería y que si no deseo un tiempo compartido pues simplemente no lo compro, pero ahora que soy una víctima veo las cosas muy diferentes.

Te obligan a una plática de 5 horas, donde te venden un tiempo compartido , y te dicen que si no compras en ese momento pierdas la oportunidad de una súper oferta ,"oferta" que NO estaba buscando, pero te  presionan tanto, que te hacen cambiar de opinión.

Al volver de mis vacaciones  comencé a investigar y resulta que cada que pongo Royal Holiday  en internet salen puras cosas malas, hablando sobre fraudes por parte de Royal Holiday. Me  preocupé y quise comprobarlo  intenté realizar reservaciones y siempre dicen que no hay disponibilidad y a su vez los precios en internet en la misma empresa, no tienen nada que ver con lo que me dijeron.

Los pagos mensuales que tenía que hacer eran más del doble de lo acordado. Además  al momento de realizarme el cobro, se llevaron mi tarjeta de crédito  por más de media hora y yo no podía ver  lo que estaban haciendo.

Cuando compré el tiempo compartido ellos dijeron que en caso de querer cancelar, lo podía hacer cuando quisiera y cuando yo llamé a sus oficinas para cancelar , me dijeron que el plazo de cancelación ya pasó.

Como no deseaba perder más dinero, contraté a los abogados de MexicanTimeshareSolutions, aproximadamente en 3 meses cancelaron mi contrato la verdad en un inicio estaba algo incrédula y  temerosa  de tomar otra mala decisión, pero con su trabajo se ganaron mi confianza y credibilidad. Me es muy grato poder decir que lograron concluir mi contrato de manera efectiva, mi contrato está cancelado y ya tengo en mi poder mi carta de cancelación por parte del resort, me siento plenamente satisfecha con sus servicios y los recomiendo ampliamente, así como también recomiendo jamas poner un pie en Royal Holiday y jamas comprarle un tiempo compartido.

When I returned from my holidays I started to investigate and it turns out that every time I put Royal Holiday on the internet, pure bad things come out, talking about frauds by Royal Holiday. I worried and wanted to check it I tried to make reservations and they always say that there is no availability and at the same time the prices on the internet in the same company, have nothing to do with what they told me.

The monthly payments I had to make were more than double what was agreed. Also at the time of making the payment, they took my credit card for more than half an hour and I could not see what they were doing. When I bought the timeshare they said that if I wanted to cancel, I could do it when I wanted and when I called their offices to cancel, they told me that the cancellation period has passed.

Since I did not want to lose more money, I hired the lawyers of MexicanTimeshareSolutions, in about 3 months they canceled my contract, the truth was that at first I was somewhat incredulous and afraid of taking another bad decision, but with their work they gained my trust and credibility. I am very pleased to say that they managed to conclude my contract effectively, my contract is canceled and I already have my cancellation letter from the resort, I feel fully satisfied with their services and I highly recommend them, as well as I recommend Never set foot in Royal Holiday and never buy her a timeshare.
