Royal Credit Solutions ripoff Unauthorized debits. Las Vegas Internet
I fell victim to an operator from "Royal Credit solutions" offering me a $2500.00 credit limit credit card and debt consolidation assistance on a Saturday morning in early July 2003.
I went through the typical credit card telephone authrization recordings and I was skeptical at first so I asked many questions while the individual on the other end informed me of the interest rate of 6.5% and I could cash advance the $296.00 from the card within 15 days, so I waited and contacted the customer service number the operator issued me, bogus # of course, so I tryed the number until I recieved my bank statement and found the authrized electronic debit was collected by an MGM Group(1-866-250-XXXX)Believe it or not they are very courteous, so never the less I recieved this ridiculous coupon, supposed credit repair package, I got sucked in!
I returned the packed Priority mail, contacted an operator "Jay" Numerous operators told me my refund was processed and will be sent and finally today(9-26-03) claimed the refund was processed on the 25th. I wish the rest of you that got hosed in this scam will be refunded and possibly seek a class action suit against Royal. I know that I will be ever more skeptical who I give my precious personal info to, and I hope for extensive fraud prosecutions for the scumbags at Royal Credit Solutions.
