I would send a check for my mortgage each month to the Roundpoint Mortgage Servicing Corporations, and each month they are taking the money from my bank account and they are not applying tyhat money towards my mortgage. I had called 7 or 8 times asking them to help me out and asking them why do I always get the bills like I didnt pay my mortgage for the last 4 mhonts plus all additional fees.
I am tirad of calling and being put on the hold for 20 min each time until thet resolve the problem. They do apologize and they tell me that they fixed the problem, but evry second bill I get I have to call them because previous one was not applyed.
