My rebuttal is that although this complaint happened over six years ago, there was not an update to how Rockler has improved over the past few years, and it came up on a "Google" search as the second place to go.
Also the tool mentioned was not a GREAT tool, and service of the tool was deficult to perform in the store enviorment. Also I understand they have "dropped" the tool line.
The Pasadena store was mentioned, and my experiance has been a 12 on a 10 scale with regard to "product knowledge and customer service."
Rockler is very concerned about the above and as a customer over the past four years.... I have had only good to say about them.
