Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I have purchased so many items at Robinson's May that have gone defective and the store won't do a d**n thing about it. Recently, 11-04 I bought a expnsive watch and as of yesterday 4-17 the watch slowed down. The watch was 300 dollars on clearence. I returned it today to Robinsons and they wern't going to do a thing for me. I have not even paid it off on my credit card. Finally they are going to send the watch to repair.

A couple years ago I bought 2 Ionic Breezes, very expensive air purfirers at Robinsons May and 1 of them just stopped working, again I had the receipt and returned the ionic breeze, again they said sorry sucker.....Lucky me, Sharper Image is a great company they sent me a free ionic Breeze...NO thanks to Robinsons May.

I have bought more than one time- 2 times to be exact, perfume from Estee Lauder and the bottles do not spray and this past Christmas I bought a gift and when I got it home the gift box had a big white stain on the package. Thats it I am finished shopping at the store!!!!!!!!!!

Above all this......Store personell are Rude!!!!!!!!!!!!The Estee Lauder cosmetic sellers are so Rude and stuck up, Its like what do you do for a living...sell toilet water?

We do in fact have friends with drug problems. I don't usually go around telling everyone this but since you asked about the company I keep: One of our friends is Scott Weiland the lead singer of "Velvet Revolver" and formerly with "Stone Temple Pilots". He's a great guy actually and he's aware of exactly how corrupt and manipulative the people of this world are. We also know and like Judge Lance Itto from California. You know the judge who sat for the O.J. Simpson trial. He's cool but I don't think he's on drugs. His golden retriever "Kelly" was friends with our dogs. Same with Lance's cousin Gary. We also know and like many non-celebrities. Most I don't think have drug problems but then again I don't go through their pocket books when we invite them over for dinner even though according to your type we could while they're on our private property. Sorry, Cory. As you see, we're not for sale.

Make up your mind. First you attack Sandra for being so stupid and cheap because you the psychic know it's her watch battery and not the watch itself having problems. Now when you want to twist the truth once again so that you don't look like the bad guy. "if poor Sandra's not getting her needs met and wants to go to Macy's. Cotton picking Cory. I can't keep up with your different personalities. Either way, as you well know, I never told Sandra she couldn't go to Macy's. I simply suggested she not be so quick to jump over to Macy's because they are no better than Robinson. Of course Sandra can shop anywhere she likes. As to the Wynona Ryder deal. Cory you showed your pathetic true nature again. I don't think you will have to worry about Wynona Ryder crying over your comments towards her. Me either for that matter. And of course you would attack the messenger of the truth since you are always on the other side. Get a life Cory and keep this in mind. Saks is in the retail business, not the drug prevention business. With that one single comment you totally blew your cover. You are just another one of those low life want to be cops who like to go threw womans purses looking for whatever you can find so you can get them in trouble. Only if there were a law against being an ignorant, full-time scumbag, low-life, no-life like yourself this world would be a better place. As usual your arguments were woefully weak but definately in keeping with your style. So at least your consistent in one area. Sounds like you don't like anyone CORY. I bet you hate your mama too. GO to church Cory. Go to church.

The/Claire what in the world are you ranting about now? I call 'em as I see 'em. If Sandra isn't getting her needs met at Robinson's, she as a consumer, ought to be allowed to shop at Macy's no matter what you think you heard from your "friend". I suppose Saks should have let Wynona waltz out the front door with several thousand dollars worth of their goods, along with all the illegal drugs in her purse. Maybe you can tell US, why you are defending a drug addicted shoplifter. Maybe you're speaking from personal experience. I wonder what type of company YOU keep. You and Wynona.

I read your message and here again, you're attacking the consumer. See how you merchant's are. You have turned the world into a merchant against consumer place where soon no one is going anywere to buy anything unless they absolutely have no choice. No more fun shopping. You're right though. People should and are fighting back by waiting for the items they want to go on clearance whenever possible. I use to love the buy one get one free deals you mentioned. I now go for the 90% off items. Keep up the good work Cory, because of your attitudes, you're kind is helping to make the prices go down down down. Also to the original shopper. Don't be so quick to jump over to Macy's. A very good friend of mine use to work for their company in the clothing department in Atlanta (Lenox Square). She said after training and once she was placed in the department, the department manager told her to peek in on the customers in the dressing room when they didn't have another customer to help. A few days later a person from security came to her and explained that anytime a security person entered the dressing room behind a customer, that meant the salespeople were to stay out and not go into the dressing room under any circumstances. She later found out it was because they didn't want the salespeople to be witnesses to what the security people did to the customers while in the dressing room. And what did they do you ask? They peeked in the shutter style dressing room doors as well and watched women and men as they got undressed and tried on clothes. They told my friend that if she entered the dressing room it could be very dangerous for her. She said they did this to so many women everytime she worked but they never caught anyone stealing. She knew exactly what the security freaks were doing because she walked in the dressing room one day not knowing a security idiot was in the room peeking. They got so mad at her for seeing the security person but they knew they couldn't fire her because they were the ones busted. They asked her what she saw and she pretended she didn't see anything. She said they preferred the pretty young women and men. Wonder why. They had a peek in policy as long as no one was witness to the others peeking. She said she only pretended to peek and she became so totally disgusted by the scum of retail she quit. So just know every two minutes when a salesperson comes to your dressing room door and asks you if you are ok or need another size or whatever, that's when they peek. When they know a customer catches them peeking, they pretend they are just trying to see how the outfit is fitting. Oh and don't think two way mirrors and spy cameras are only myths. You would only be fooling yourself. I think they are mainly in the dressing rooms of the smaller stores though. The big guys want those to be brought back though now that no one thinks they use them anymore. We all know they do this at Saks because of the girl in Hollywood who got caught. Yes she was stealing but you have to consider how many innocent people they have peeked in on over the years and years they have been in business. With this in mind, I say WAY TO GO WYNONA RYDER! I don't think that's for everyone but never mind that. I'm curious to know why are people still shopping with these criminals who think it's ok to watch men and women get dressed with absolutely no cause? Tell me they had a reason to suspect WYNONA. KEEP IN MIND I SAID REASON, NOT ANOTHER LIE, SAKS FIFTH AVENUE.!!!!!!!! If it were'nt for Wynona Ryder getting caught, attention wouldn't have been paid to this problem the stores have caused for themselves. My bet is Wynona couldn't tell you to this day why she was driven to do that and maybe she'll never know. My thought is it was just one of those things that was meant to be in order to bring the spot light to Saks and Macy's and all the other stores that have their sales people and security freaks routinely peek in on the customers. APPARENTLY, NO MATTER WHO YOU ARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SAKS, YOU PEOPLE ARE THE TRUE SCUM in the Wynona story and you know it. If she had not been caught, you people would not have been caught. I hope you don't think you people got away with it. And please don't let your defense be that all the stores do it, even if that's true and I'm guessing it is. Send that message on CORY! oh and tell me again why you're going onto all the big store chains report sites and defending them with such passion and interest no matter what they do. HUMMMMMM. A little fishy sounding to me CORY. Pay attention: You are the company you keep.

OK, Robinson"s fixed my watch for free. The manager of the fine jewlery department was kind- of course after my desperate pleas for help. I have been a card holder at Robinson's for almost 20 years now, in fact it was my first credit card. I once loved that store, I am still fond of it. Its just in the past couple years the place has gone down hill. Fron now on I refuse to shop there. Macy's here I come!!!!!!

Always Buy Products from Department Stores like Robinson May,Macy's, Bloomingdales, These Companys are designed for people with money or alot of people with alot of credit cards in hand.....if you like to get your money back on that extended warranty.. if Paid By Cash (im sorry) if paid by a credit card dont worry u can always file a dispute with the credit card company...i always prefer to use Debit-Check cards..your paying it as a visa but its ur own cash money....when it comes down to Disputes most Banks will be generous accept for Wells Fargo (dont wana deal with them when it comes to account disputes more then likely theyll refuse the claim always Use Bank of America's check card B of a IS VERY Generous with Disputes....If u did not get what you paid for u have the right to get your money (is there any time limits to file a dispute..yes ther is the Limit is between 6 n 12 months depending on the Bank

Common Problem See that watch problem often

#10Consumer Comment

See that watch problem often, especially on clearance watches and it's no wonder. The watches has been on the shelf for a year or two and the battery is getting weak. How hard is it to take it to a shop and have a new one put in for 10 bucks? You got it on clearance, what half price or better, saved $300 and don't want to spend any of that saved money? Don't tell me you got two Ionic breezes for the price of one, on clearance. Two bottles of Estee Lauder perfume. Wait, I see a pattern here.

Why do you keep going back? There are a lot of stores out there that sell the same products. If you think the personell are so rude you must get off on it because you keep going back there. I think you are the one who is the problem. Why else would you keep going back? Yjis report makes no sense and is telling us about the author. Be rude to her and she will come back for more.
